Dear Developers,

I'm trying to install last FreeBSD 12.0-RELEASE in an old i386 previously supported without trouble by some old FreeBSD Release.

I modified the /boot/loader.conf from the install memstick media due to the fact that this is an appliance without screen and keyboard and only serial console.

Modified appended to /boot/loader.conf:
boot_multicons="YES"
boot_serial="YES"
comconsole_speed="19200"
console="comconsole,vidconsole"
kern.cam.boot_delay="10000"

I tried to add this line to the /boot/loader.conf as discribed in documentation to disable ACPI APIC 

hint.apic.0.disabled="1"
