net/coturn: make mysql support optional

Hi,

From my experience (and usage), I've found that coturn mysql support can be disabled. Would you consider making it an option (that can be leaved by default of course)?

Here's a quick patch to do so, it's only a matter of defining the option and configure arguments -- no changes to the plist.

Thanks for providing this package, have a nice day.

Hi Matthieu,

net/coturn appears to be a duplicate of net/turnserver. Someone pointed this out recently.

I recommend that you switch to net/turnserver because net/coturn was created later and will be removed in favor of net/turnserver.

Thanks,
Yuri

Ha, I'll have a look to migrate then. Thanks
