	With this new release, the newsx port becomes more independent from inn installation.

Fix: Apply the following patches on the previous Makefile and pkg-descr:

The primary site ftp.kvaleberg.com encounters frequent problems;
would it be possible to put the distfiles on ftp.freebsd.org?
