Can you already switch to VTY2 (Alt-F2), and see sysinstall messages there? There used to be a BIOS stack corruption problem in FreeBSD 2.1.5, can you try a more recent boot floppy (2.2-BETA) to see if the problem has been fixed there? -- cheers, J"org joerg_wunsch@uriah.heep.sax.de -- http://www.sax.de/~joerg/ -- NIC: JW11-RIPE Never trust an operating system you don't have sources for. ;-)
State Changed From-To: open->closed This is a 2.1.5 install problem. I have received no response to multiple mail messages over the past month. Due to the lack of additional information, I am closing this PR.
