Option NLS unset results in error during the configure phase.

Thanks for the report, Alain.
Since it doesn't happen when I build it or
when the package builders build it. I'm going
to need some additional information in order to
find out why it happens to you. So I can fix it. :-)

Can you provide the error generated at failure, and
the output of uname -apKU
