patch for the tailscale.in file from port

I wanted to be able to select to enable/disable DNS support and/or enable advertising routes.

I have created the followiong patch, but am not really a FreeBSD person, I am using FreeBSD as part of opnsense.

So patch may not be 100% up to quality, and certainly this isn't the best way to submit it, sorry.
