sysutils-pywal.3.3.0.patch

Pywal is a tool that generates a color palette from the dominant colors in an image. It then applies the colors system-wide and on-the-fly in all of your favourite programs.

* Change MASTER_SITES from CHEESESHOP to PYPI
* pet portclippy/portfmt

QA:

* portlint: OK (looks fine.)
* testport: OK (poudriere: 13.1-RELEASE, amd64, IMAGEMAGICK PIDOF PYTHON2 COLORTHIEF COLORZ HAISHOKU SCHEMER2 BGS FEH HABAK HSETROOT NITROGEN tested)
