A freshly installed seafile-gui on a fresh KDE 5 install (FreeBSD 13.1) fails to show notifications.

Log file .ccnet/logs/seafile.log properly display transitions such as:

 
[10/13/22 14:24:38] sync-mgr.c(583): Repo 'test' sync state transition from 'committing' to 'synchronized'.

Still, no related notification is displayed.

Same content update is properly notified on Ubuntu, Windows and Mac's seafile-gui equivalent clients.

I verified KDE notification work fine, via cli:

$ notify-send -i 'dialog-information' 'Summary' 'Message body.'
