deskutils/egroupware was removed recently because it depends on php74. The only reason for this is that the horde-modules still rely on php74. Once horde is upgraded for php8x, egroupware will be able to get build as deskutils/egroupware@php8x. Please resurrect deskutils/egroupware.

I just built deskutils/egroupware@php80 using egroupware version 21.1.20221202. As far as I can see it works. @php81 did not work.
