This port is outdated, unmaintained and its only reverse dependencies are other unmaintained ming32- ports.

If it is still useful, it should be updated to a supported version (GCC 10, 11 or 12; GCC 13 should be released soon; GCC_DEFAULT is now 12). If it is not useful it should be deprecated and then removed.
