The first section has two circled numbers, there's excess horizontal white space between each number and its text. The subsequent section has maybe a slightly different colour for the background, a different colour (grey instead of brown) along its left-hand edge. It appears to begin with a bullet point (this seems peculiar), and does not have the excess white space issue that's noted in comment #0.
