Overview:
The Nextcloud mail app produces repeated errors in the Apache logs and creates zombie processes related to "flatpak".

Steps to Reproduce:
Use the Nextcloud mail app and navigate through the message list.
Observe the Apache error logs.
Observe system processes with top/htop.

Actual Results:
Apache error logs collect multiple messages for:
  sh: flatpak: not found
  sh: kitinerary-extractor: not found
Top shows multiple processes with a zombie status:
  sh -c flatpak list --app
  
Expected Results:
No errors or zombie processes should be produced.
There should be no attempt by Nextcloud/mail to run flatpak.

Additional Information:
All software is installed from FreeBSD packages. The Nextcloud app store and updater is disabled in config.php (and will remain so) as I will only install/update from the packages.

Software Versions:
FreeBSD version is 13.2-p4. The Nextcloud software installed is:
