patch to modified Makefile

Hi,

since 0.13 web UI isn't working anymore, there is a error in port's Makefile

That patch doesn't fix the problem properly, I have a better solution. Hoever, due to traveling this week, I hadn't time to make an official patch. I will do so within a couple of days.

After talking to the upstream developers I have been told that the way the UI blob is handled will change (again) with the next version (0.14). That one is expected to land in April or May.
