Rust nightly did not upgrade to 1.79.0.20240317 for FreeBSD:14:latest.

It appears to have fixed itself, as usual.

However, after upgrading, `cargo version` and `rustc --version` report 1.78.0-nightly (766bdce74 2024-03-16) (built from a source tarball), instead of 1.79.
