Patch for libzen

* Switch to GitHub which better suits how we handle ports in tree given that we're tracking bleeding edge at this point
* Switch to CMake which brings us closer to other distributions and improves build times
* Sanitize source code

Compile and runtime tested on FreeBSD 14.0-RELEASE (amd64) (make, make check-plist)

I don't care if we're using the github HEAD but care for the compatibility with libmediainfo/mediainfo. And I'll keep using all-in-one tarball which is overall smaller.
