Patch for mediainfo

* Switch to separate source archives
* Sanitize source code
* Rearrangement of port to closer follow Porters Handbook

Compile and runtime tested on FreeBSD 14.0-RELEASE (amd64) (make, make check-plist)
Poudriere testport OK 14.0-RELEASE (amd64)
Poudriere testport OK 13.2-RELEASE (amd64)

Updated to 24.03 in ports 580e852dd77d2dd42c2d3e18cffca6eb60d5e9dc. I'll keep using all-in-one tarball which is overall smaller.
