For the record, Doug and I had exchanged emails about this before and I asked a PR to be opened so we don't lose it.
It's been a week and both of my laptops haven't had an issue with -current hash c6030b380469f928c8cae87ed53bcb234cb3486f. I've done a few suspend and resume cycles when going to the office and home. Another system has been up for a week. Previously, this would happen in a couple of days at home over the weekend and typically after I resumed when I either arrived at the office or home. I will close this.
