Hi, thanks for reporting.

I already committed this update to ports tree head:

Binary package should be available in a few days.

Usually routine updates without security related fixes are not merged to quarterly.

The old 2.53.5 and 2.53.7 version are wire compatible though, so they can be mixed and used together.
