In section 2.10 of the Handbook the word sysinstall should be written
with application tags. Read the patch below for more details.

(i already sent that PR yesterday but it seems GNATS never got it)

A slightly modified version of your change was committed (I committed the 
whitespace change separately, as discussed, and I kept sysinstall in all 
lowercase). 
Also, I marked up the one other occurrence that I could find.
