I committed a port update based on your submission. 
The files/patch-aa update that you listed was not entirely accurate; 
FLAGS needs to be changed to CFLAGS to let the user override it without 
having to keep track of yet another flags variable :) 
The packing list also needed updating, due to the addition of the new 
apgbfm utility. 

Still, thanks for your submission!  It did both provide most of the work 
(at least as far as the FreeBSD Ports Collection goes) and give me 
the much-needed push to actually get this update done :)
