- update to 0.34

* -noframes options is not supported in complex output mode
* in complex output paragraphs are merged together, so that HTML output
looks better and you can select whole paragraphs, not just lines in the
browser (disabled by -nomerge)
* parts of hrefs are joined together
* code updated to use xpdf 1.01
* Command line option to force hidden text extraction (-hidden)

Fix: note that files/* have been removed.
