Description Adriaan de Groot 2002-09-04 15:30:01 UTC
This is a new port of libmal, which encapsulates malsync 2.1 into
a shared library.

This library will be needed by the KDE ports in the future.

This library contains a copy of code from malsync 2.1. I don't know
if the malsync and libmal authors are cooperating to be able to
produce one package. malsync and libmal don't stomp on one another:
malsync installs just a binary while libmal installs headers and
a library.
Comment 1 Adriaan de Groot 2002-09-04 16:13:35 UTC
Several loose ends in the port:

1) The license is MPL (Mozilla Public License) just like malsync.
2) The port depends on pilot-link.
3) The port installs a .la file as well, but that may be a libtool cq.=20
USE_LIBTOOL problem instead.
