     net/arts++ does not compile with GCC 3.2

Fix: Patches follow:

with this patch, I can build on my current machine
but unfortunately it failed on my stable machine ...

could you please adjust it so that we can build it both on current and on
stable ? or maybe you'd like to mail this patch to the author so that he can
patch them in the next release :)

OK, I adjusted my patch and tested on -STABLE.

Can you verify if this is acceptable?
