	- xerces-c2 2.3 port got marked FORBIDDEN on 502102
	- xerces-c version 2.5 got released

Fix: 

+ update to xerces-c 2.5 vendor release
	+ respect PTHREAD_{CFLAGS,LIBS}

	As the patch is quite large ~240K i have placed it at
	http://sources.zabbadoz.net/freebsd/ports/xerces-c2-2.3-2.5-20040220.diff
	There is also a tarball of the ports directory from textproc/xerces-c2
	with the up-to-date port for easier committing available at
	http://sources.zabbadoz.net/freebsd/ports/xerces-c2-2.3-2.5-20040220.tbz

	removed files:
	files/patch-src-xercesc-util-Platforms-FreeBSD-FreeBSDPlatformUtils.cpp
	files/patch-ab
	Makefile.alpha
	Makefile.sparc64
	pkg-message
