	When someone kldloads smbfs,mounts an smbfs dir twice, umounts the smbfs dir 2 twice, and finally kldunloads smbfs,
	the system panics

Fix:

Workaround: mount only once.
How-To-Repeat: 	As above

State Changed
From-To: open->analyzed

Transition to analyzed: it looks like the bug has evolved a bit since this
report was submitted, we now get this error:

smb_sm_done: 1 connections still active

I.e., we prevent unload because a connection is still (improperly) active.
