The KDE1.0-port does not compile without modifications because the qt-includes changed location to /usr/local/includes/qt. Fix: Adjust the 'Makefile' of kdelibs or move the qt-includes to /usr/X11R6/include/X11/qt How-To-Repeat: Just try to install KDE on a fresh installed FreeBSD 2.2.7 stable after 'cvsuping' the ports ...

You need to upgrade your bsd.port.mk - cvsup the stable source and get the new one and put it /usr/share/mk/.
