Teach startup script about dspam_pidfile variable. We can't use /var/run/dspam.pid together with dspam_user="dspam" option (for example). How-To-Repeat: Add dspam_user="nonroot" to /etc/rc.conf and try to start/stop dspam-devel.sh.
