Some GNATS bugs may contain replies to status changes. With Bugzilla conversion they're ignored. Finding such bugs may need running a regexp against GNATS database.

We never did this and now we've been using bugzilla for some time.

What "this" refers to? With GNATS shut down it's now even harder to figure out if an old bug suffered data loss.
