remove copypaste fail

Hi, the rc.d script for net-mgmt/zabbix3-proxy - in net-mgmt/zabbix3-server/files/zabbix_proxy.in to be precise -  contains a copypaste fail due to which it cannot start.

Patch attached fixes this, verified by a user in #zabbix,
