pkg-status.freebsd.org links to individual builders via poudriere icon (smoking powder keg) or new_failed logs many of which are IPv6-only. portsfallout.com and pkg-fallout@ mail already rewrite links like the following: http://beefy16.nyi.freebsd.org/ to https://pkg-status.freebsd.org/beefy16/ As a workaround IPv4 users can set up a tunnel (e.g., stf(4)) or proxy (e.g., security/tor) but http:// (unencrypted) links are subject to eavesdropping or tampering (e.g., to exploit JS vulnerabilities in browsers) by the tunnel/proxy provider.
It took a while for me to realise the significance of this report. > https://pkg-status.freebsd.org/beefy16/ Excellent. If I can get to the LibreOffice original (or a copy) from which <https://people.freebsd.org/~grahamperrin/pkg-status/> was produced, I'll add a hint about the existence of IPv4-friendly URLs such as this, and then publish elsewhere.
