Enhancement request: the HTML title for an archived message should include the subject.

For example, <https://mail-archive.freebsd.org/cgi/getmsg.cgi?fetch=0+0+archive/2023/freebsd-announce/20231203.freebsd-announce> currently entitled: 

> FreeBSD Mail Archives

– could be, more usefully: 

> FreeBSD 14.0-RELEASE Now Available – FreeBSD Mail Archives
