I guess, the trigger was the em dash:

Again, there's an additional white space. 

Nothing unusual about the word 'file' in the original, which was copied from the title of <https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=266236>. 

I wondered whether the space falls at the same point in the line, it does not. A comparison:
